How We Rank the Dirtiest Cruise Ships

This list ranks ships by their most recent CDC inspection score, lowest first. A score below 86 is a failed inspection. Anything 86–90 is technically passing but worth a closer look. The data is public — we just make it sortable.

Click any ship to see its full inspection history, violation breakdown, and pass/fail trend. To search a specific ship, use the inspection lookup tool. For active illness outbreaks (a different concern from sanitation scores), see the outbreak tracker.
